Pick your parcel up from a local shop at a time that suits you. Our Parcel Shop service is a convenient way to get your order. Choose Click and Collect when you checkout. Choose your preferred Parcel Shop from the list. You must provide your mobile number when you order so we can text you when your parcel is ready to collect. Collect your parcel at a time that suits you. Your parcel will be held for 10 days so make sure you collect before it's sent back to us.

You will require ID to collect your parcel. Parcel Shops are operated by third parties. Suitable ID includes, Passport, driving license, utility bill, credit or debit card.

Place your order by 3pm any day Monday to Friday for Next Working Day Delivery and it will be delivered to you the next working day, including Saturdays.

Orders placed Saturday and Sunday before noon will be delivered Monday, provided it is the next working day and not a bank holiday.

If your order is placed during a bank holiday it will not be dispatched until the next working day and it will arrive the following working day.

You may request an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt of your order. For Sale + Clearance items, this period is reduced to 14 days. Finally due to hygiene reasons, toiletries and earrings are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned or their purchase refunded. All products sold from our Factory Outlet shop are sold as seen with no refund or exchange. Follow the instructions below to request an exchange or refund. Note that items must reach us in the same condition received by you, and must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels attached. Customers returning items are responsible for any postage charges incurred.

The simplest and most convenient way is to use a Pre-Paid Royal Mail returns label for just £2.50, which you can add to your order in the checkout. If you have purchased a Royal Mail returns label when placing your order, simply complete your returns slip, attach the return label to your packaging and drop off at your nearest Post Office. Then sit back and wait for your refund or exchange. Pre-paid return labels are only valid in the UK.

We will process your return as quickly as we can, but during our busy times this could take up to 20 days and our returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received. When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement or the original payment method used.

If you cancel your whole order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, we will also refund the standard delivery charge only in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive. Unless otherwise stated, we will not refund any delivery charges if you cancel after 14 days or if you only cancel part of your order. If you paid for Priority, Next Day, Nominated Day or Timed delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

Offers + Discounts: When returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. When returning items please ensure you retain the receipt of postage containing your tracking number from the Post Office, there is no charge for this, it’s simply your 'proof of posting’ in the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive with us. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Faulty items: In the very rare occasion a garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, it will be exchanged or your money refunded, providing it is returned within 6 months from the date of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected. Roama cannot be held liable for any washing errors or detergent damage.

All of our products are designed in the UK with you and our planet in mind. Our orders are packed and shipped from Burgess Hill, just south of London and north of Brighton in England. Our fabrics are sustainable: organic cotton is grown without cotton in rainfed soil, no pesticides are used to farm bamboo, a crop that requires little water to grow and is self regenerating, and using recycled polyester and nylon helps keep new plastics out of circulation. We regularly visit our factories to ensure that they are high quality, safe places and that they adhere to high ethical standards.
